With the advent of spring, ISG Board members are furiously working on finalizing their upcoming fall/winter clinic locations.
After just completing their most succesful year ever, the organization is looking to build on that success and reach new Federations itching to grow the knowledge of their coaching ranks. For the first time, ISG will conduct educational ventures in Lithuania and Bulgaria, while grouping Croatia with the 21st annual EBCA Clinic there next January.
In recent years, to streamline the schedule and cut ever-growing transportation costs, ISG has been moving to an every-other year model with clinics. This coming year will see the group return to Switzerland, the Republic of Georgia, and Saskatchewan after being absent there for a year.
In this, the 42nd year anniversary for ISG, a new milestone of over 30,000 coaches being educated will be reached. No other group has had such an impact on baseball coaching outside of the Western Hemisphere.
The final schedule of clinics will be available with details toward mid-summer. Watch this space for more.
